Professional and Effective Web Design and Hosting for Non-Profits and Small Businesses with Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

The domain name cost and fees will be the responsibility of the Company unless a non-profit organization.  We acquire the domain name for local nonprofit organizations at no cost to them.  Godaddy.com is the preferred registrar and the cost is about $15/year for the name.  Many free features are provided with the domain name (e.g., email and ad supported web site).  Extra features are also available for a fee.  The web space and email from Godaddy.com are not managed by Veneziale.net. 

If Veneziale.net acquires the domain name on behalf of the Company, then Veneziale.net shall transfer the domain name to any registrar designated by Company within 2 weeks of such request.  The Company is owner of the domain name and may also have Godaddy.com transfer the name on their behalf at any time and without my expressed permission.  Godaddy is hereby authorized to transfer a Company's domain to the company owner or thier delegate upon providing some documentation of such ownershipto Godaddy (e.g., business check).  Any transfer fees (typically a $10 one time charge) will be the responsibility of the Company.

The web pages, computer files, photos, videos and images (or "works") created by Veneziale.net for the Company will be the property of the Company. Any works created by a subcontractor of Veneziale.net (e.g., photographer or image editor) will be property of that subcontractor unless otherwise agreed between the subcontractor and Company.  Subcontractors that require ownership of their works may not be used without expressed permission by the Company.  If Veneziale.net terminates the services provided to the Company then a copy of all related files will be provided to the Company (via CD, webfolder or similar) within 2 weeks of the notice to terminate services.

The website will be created, maintained and hosted on veneziale.net.  Website design and hosting  for local nonprofit organizations is provided at no cost.  Any fees or charges for service to others will be established in writing prior to any work performed.  A donation to one of these  non-profit organization will also be accepted for services:

Any changes to the site will be made within 2 weeks of the request but are typically done within a couple days.

A physical server will be used and the domain name will be company.com, .org or .net.  A virtual server and/or subdomain may be used until the physical domain is acquired and fully setup.  The subdomain will be company.veneziale.net.  The website will remain password protected until authorized by the Company to remove the protection.

You may edit or designate anyone else to edit the website at anytime using the below information:

Physical Domain FTP Host Address: company.com, .org or .net
Username: company@company.com, .org or .net (usually first 8 characters)
Password: xxxxx (lowercase; same as above)
